Submission Guidelines
  • Authors are invited to submit original full papers that have not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
  • Papers must follow the IEEE conference paper format and should be 5–6 pages, including figures and references.
  • All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by at least three independent reviewers.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, significance, clarity, and relevance to the conference.
  • Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE quality standards and publication requirements.
